Coach led open gyms will give the players the opportunity to get hundreds of reps focused on enhancing specific volleyball skills as well as game play skills. We will have the high school coaches teaching all levels the universal expectations for skills that players will use everyday on the court. These skills sessions are focused on producing and enhancing technique in our players skills in a more controlled environment. This league is only for girls.
