Circle of Life Meditation Bracelet
Enrichment Adult / Arts -
AE 2526 Winter Spring

Join us for the history and use of beads and create your own bracelet. The design for this bracelet was created by our instructor Sue to demonstrate the principles of sacred numbers and symbols that are present in cultures around the world. Prayer beads have a fascinating history dating back 140,000 years. They are still used by 2/3 of the world’s religions. Each student will make a bracelet using a wide selection of beads including gemstone, glass and metal.
Counting beads have been found to be releasing and freeing. The movement of beads through your finger can calm a wandering mind.
Note: There is a $12 class free due at class.
