Chef Mimi is a vibrant and passionate cooking instructor who shares her culinary expertise with students of all ages and skill levels. With a contagious enthusiasm for cuisine, Chef Mimi has taught community education classes in Minnesota, Wisconsin led cooking workshops across the Midwest and Southwest (both in-person and virtually), and shared her knowledge with kids, youth, adults, and seniors.
Her culinary repertoire spans the globe, featuring a diverse range of flavors, including Ethiopian/Eritrean, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Brazilian and Southern cuisine. Her versatility and expertise make her a sought-after instructor, inspiring countless students to explore the world of cooking.
