Carrie has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and teaching for 4 years. She’s certified in group fitness, personal training, youth fitness, and nutrition coaching. While her passion is Pilates, she also enjoys teaching yoga, BodyWorks, boot camp, and kickbox cardio.
