Dragon Boat Racing for Women

Ladies! Experience the thrill of gliding down a racecourse in a long, narrow boat with 20 paddlers powering forward in perfect synch—there’s nothing quite like it!  

This is your chance to try a unique and exciting sport or Dragon Boat Racing!  Meet new people and enjoy time on beautiful White Bear Lake.  Dragon boating is fun and beginner-friendly, but it does require some cardio stamina! You’ll receive four weekly training sessions (one hour each), followed by a race and a catered picnic on the final day.

All equipment—paddles, boat, and life jackets—is provided. If you have your own life jacket, feel free to bring it.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a basic level of fitness.
