Instructor: Rachel Jordan
Rachel Jordan was a special education teacher for six years but recently became a Stay-At-Home-Mom. After picking up the craft of sourdough, her family hasn’t had store bought bread in four years because not only is the taste of homemade bread so delicious but the health benefits outweigh any other bread out there. Rachel loves the creativity that comes with baking sourdough…the ideas are endless and it’s truly a form of art. Rachel has taught sourdough classes for the last 15 months and have taught over 1,000 people!
