Day Trip: Soldier of the American Revolution

Step back into the Revolutionary era as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. Travel by motorcoach to Mankato for lunch and a dynamic living-history presentation by educator Arn Kind, appearing in full Continental Army uniform. Through engaging storytelling, role-playing, and historical artifacts, participants will explore why the colonies moved from loyalty to rebellion, the divide between Patriots and Loyalists, and the daily life of the common soldier. This immersive program brings the people, conflicts, and consequences of the Revolution vividly to life.
