Minnesota Xtreme: Cheer Basics: Ages 6-12
This class is designed for athletes seeking introductory cheerleading training, with experience levels ranging from beginner to intermediate. It is an excellent foundational course for those preparing to join a competitive team.
Athletes will develop skills across all key areas of cheerleading, including tumbling, stunting, jumps, and motions. Our coaches provide structured instruction focused on technique, safety, and confidence building.
