Mindful Movement: Make & Take: Calming Creations: Gr K-5
A fun and creative way to unwind after a busy school day! Students will enjoy mindful art and sensory play as they create calming take-home crafts designed to soothe and inspire. Each project will be paired with simple relaxation techniques to help kids feel centered and calm. Presented by The Mindfulness Movement.
