Minnesota Xtreme: Intro to All Stars: Ages 6-12

Intro to All Stars is an 8-week program designed for athletes ages 6 and up who are interested in learning the

foundations of All Star cheerleading. This class is a fun, low-pressure, and technique-focused introduction to

the sport, making it a great fit for athletes interested in joining an All Star team as well as those simply looking

to try cheer in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Athletes will work on basic cheer skills including motions, jumps, tumbling, stunting fundamentals, coordination,

and teamwork while building confidence and having fun.

Session Fee Includes:

 One 1-hour practice per week

 Intro to All Stars t-shirt

 Cheer bow

Class Attire & Requirements: Athletes should wear athletic shorts or fitted athletic pants with a fitted tank top or

t-shirt. Clean indoor athletic shoes are required. Hair should be secured back away from the face, athletes

should bring a water bottle, and no jewelry is permitted during class.
