Gymnastics - Pre-Team (Ages 5-12) FALL

This class is coached by Lead Coach & Head High School Coach Sarah is designed for athletes who love being in the gym, enjoy being challenged, and are excited to grow their skills in a more focused training environment. Pre-Team will emphasize strong fundamentals, precise technique, and consistent execution as gymnasts prepare for future competitive levels. Athletes will work toward progressively more advanced skills while continuing to build strength, confidence, and mental toughness in a positive and supportive atmosphere. Monday & Wednesdays: 6:00pm-7:30pm -

Session 1: September 9th-September 23rd

Session II: September 28th-October 21st
Cost $135.00
