If they are new to the game, players will learn the basic rules and strategies of chess. Tournament play is encouraged outside of the club, but not required.

This chess camp is for players that need the next level of challenge beyond their school chess club. Standard chess and variations will be used to improve your skills, and participants should be interested in a deeper level of instruction beyond the basics.

Let's play On-Line Chess! Saturday Chess is for those students who want to practice with fellow competitive chess players. Each session will include an advanced chess lesson, as well as competitive matchups against students from all over the Twin Cities.
