In this class, the WHY's will be explained as to how these factors affects our bodies physiology, right down to the cellular level. Also, what type of exercises are beneficial as we age and anti-inflammatory food sources. This course is designed for adults of all ages.

After 20 years in Intensive Care and Women's Health, since returning to Minnesota, she has specialized in Senior Care, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Palliative/Comfort Care. She supported both her parents to live the way they wanted to during the last years of their lives. She is passionate about helping our clients and their families do the same. Nishi Shah has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is the owner of Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul.
