    Make the most of summer's final days on beautiful White Bear Lake. Join SilverFinn Kayaking for a guided paddle launching from Bellaire Beach on a relaxing two-hour journey along the lake's scenic shoreline. No experience necessary. Your guide will walk everyone through paddling technique and maneuvering before you set out. All equipment is provided, including kayaks, paddles, and safety gear — just show up ready to enjoy the water. Ages 14-17 can attend with a registered adult.

    In this Pilates class, you will move through a series of gentle yet effective exercises designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in your body. Using controlled, breath-centered movements, you will strengthen your core, improve mobility, and build stability throughout the entire body. Each exercise is performed with intention and focus, helping you improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. You will practice movements on a mat while using steady breathing to guide and support each exercise. The class emphasizes slow, controlled movements rather than fast-paced exercise, allowing you to safely build strength, tone muscles, and support joint health. As you continue practicing, you may notice greater ease in movement, relief from everyday aches and pains, improved balance, and increased openness in the hips and spine.   • Minnesota Biome Hike

    This two-mile guided nature walk will allow you to experience habitats found within the three biomes of our state. A Minnesota Master Naturalist will guide you through a tamarack bog, oak woodland and restored prairie and describe the plant communities, creatures and ecological processes present. You will set up a trail camera and learn how to age trees. Stop to rest, listen and look for birds as well as other animals living in this forest. Wear sturdy walking shoes and bring water, snacks and binoculars, if you have them.
