 its outweigh any other bread out there. Rachel loves the creativity that co
 mes with baking sourdough…the ideas are endless and it’s truly a form of ar

DESCRIPTION:Anytime is the perfect time for fondue - whether with family\, 
 friends\, or at a party. Originating in 18th-century Switzerland as a way t
 o make use of hardened cheese and bread\, people dipped cubes of bread into
  melted cheese with wine. The name comes from the French word fonder\, mean
 ing “to melt.”\n\nIn this class\, we’ll explore fondues from around the wor
 ld: traditional cheese\, classic Swiss\, beef bourguignon\, crab\, bleu che
 ese\, and tempura. For dessert\, we’ll dip fruits\, cakes\, and brownies in
 to rich chocolate\, smooth butterscotch\, and other sweet fondues. To compl
