I work as a Pre Arrangement Advisor for a National Direct Cremation provider. I spend each workday meeting with families and helping them pre plan. Personally, my own family went through a very challenging time with the loss of my grandmother (not pre planned) and it tore my family apart. When I learned about pre planning, I vowed to help families avoid what mine went through.
