CPR & First Aid for Adults

If you are an adult looking to expand your knowledge, this class is for you! We will learn basic CPR training in a hands-on experience and finish the class with common first aid you can perform for strokes, heart attacks, bleeding, and more!

Bystander or family CPR is one of the key elements of survival for patients in an out of hospital cardiac arrest. Learning this valuable skill or getting a refresher on knowledge you have previously acquired is lifesaving!
