INSTRUCTORS 

Pamela Scaia: Pamela is a compassionate and experienced RN/Nurse Practitioner with 40 years' background in patient care, education, and public health. After 20 years in Intensive Care and Women's Health, since returning to Minnesota, she has specialized in Senior Care, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Palliative/Comfort Care. She supported both her parents to live the way they wanted to during the last years of their lives. She is passionate about helping our clients and their families do the same.

Nishi Shah has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is the owner of Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul. Inspired by seeing her own grandmother thrive in her late 80s with the support of caregivers, Nishi was driven to bring that same sense of comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to families in her community.She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, taking the time to truly understand each family’s needs, and going the extra mile to ensure every client feels supported, cared for, and valued at home.
