Stephanie Pisarski, RN, BSN, PHN - President/CEO
For Stephanie, hospice is more than a profession, it’s personal. A registered nurse since 2014, graduating from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, Stephanie has nearly a decade of hospice and clinical leadership experience, including working with the mentally ill and dangerous (MI&D) population. Her hospice calling began while caring for her grandfather during his decline with dementia—a time that showed how much better the experience could have been with coordinated, compassionate support. Stephanie blends clinical skill with heartfelt care, guiding families through the complex and emotional landscape of end-of-life. She leads Agape with a commitment to high standards, continuous improvement, and above all, human dignity. What sets her apart is her empathy. She sees the person beyond the illness and believes no one should face this journey alone. Every call to Agape is answered by a real nurse, because no one should be left waiting when it matters most.
