"Staying Hydrated Year-Round" is a practical class all about the vital role hydration plays in keeping your body healthy and strong. This session highlights why hydration matters, the risks that come with dehydration, and how it connects to overall health. Participants will learn to recognize warning signs of urinary tract infections (UTIs) and pick up simple, everyday tips to stay hydrated and prevent common issues. The goal is to equip individuals with easy strategies for better self-care, energy, and wellness - no matter the season.

Their goal is to help people recover from illness or injury, manage chronic conditions, and maintain independence — all in the comfort of home.
