The practice of Soma Yoga helps re-educate muscles to release tension and create freer mobility. The class emphasizes moving from within our bodies, or somas, using breath practice and meditation to calm minds and spirits and gain strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. This class is a multi-age class for all yoga skill levels.
Equipment Needs: Yoga mat, Yoga block, Small blanket, Hard back chair.

Jane E. Schroeher
Jane is a retired nurse who feels passionately about teaching how to move safely and freely. She has been a registered 200 hour yoga teacher since 2014, and has practiced yoga for 20 years. Her experience includes teaching yoga classes for the White Bear School District, Yogadevotion, and in the community.
