We've all heard how important it is as we age to exercise, eat well, and get adequate amounts of sleep. In this class, the WHY's will be explained as to how these factors affects our bodies physiology, right down to the cellular level. Dolls, bottles, and diaper supplies will be provided at class for fun hands-on participation. Baseball- Boys Recreation (Grades 1-5)BaseballYouth Rec Baseball is for boys currently in grades 1-5. Practices will start mid May, with games scheduled to start the first week in June. Your season will run from mid May to late July. Games and practices will be at local WBL fields throughout the week. Coaches determine dates and times for practice. Teams will play a total of 10 games. Players will register for their current grade. Games nights are Tuesday and Thursday. Grades 1 & 2- Coach Pitch ($124.00) Grades 3 - 5- Kid Pitch ($144.00) ** Registration will close April 30. Head coaches choose time and location of practice. Bear Down Boys Basketball CampBasketballWelcome to the 2026 Bear Down Basketball Camp! Each sessions will focus on ball handling, shooting, finishing at the basket and reading defenses. Participants will also be engaged in 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3 competitive activities. Players should have experience playing either in the rec leagues or traveling programs. This camp is designed to help players build confidence, sharpen fundamental skills, and grow their overall understanding of the game in a fun, supportive, and challenging environment.
