Screening at age 3 is preferred, but a child may be screened between ages 3 and the start of kindergarten as required by law. Our preschool program also requires an early childhood screening be completed before registration What to expect at your screening appointment: The appointment will last between 1 hour. It includes height and weight, a vision and hearing check and a developmental screen that looks at your child’s skills. Parents will fill out a social emotional questionnaire about their child and complete a summary interview sharing the results of the screening. Please bring along a copy of your child’s current immunizations and birth certificate. Due to the length of time and to minimize distractions, if possible, please leave other siblings at home. To schedule an appointment, please complete the screening form below. You will then receive an email containing a passcode. This class is designed for people who know basic embroidery skills, and are ready to extend their learning to new stitches such as the blanket stitch, fly stitch, basket weave, and more! In this hands-on camp, students explore how engineers design and test vehicles using 3D printing. Campers will create two types of cars—a self-powered car (using stored mechanical energy) and a DC motor–powered car—while learning the basics of 3D modeling, motion, energy, and aerodynamics.
